Paul, Please note I just made my payment of £593 for the communal TV /Sky dish.
Please note this isn’t really a voluntary contribuDon, but more you forcing us and the other Lessess, in a very quesDonable and aggressive manner, to pay extra for what should have been included in what already paid (as you also stated before).
Only in the last couple of weeks you sent me several eMmails (day and night) oNen with conflicDng informaDon / instrucDons / requests. This it Dme consuming and has ingenerated the utmost confusion and disappointment among the majority of the Lessees, not the treats and blackmailing in addiDon to the personal offenses to myself and many other lessees using words such as “idiot”, “retarded”, “puerile” etc. which I believe is totally unnecessary and over the line (incl. to suggest my tenant not to pay the rent or to interrupt my flat TV connecDon). This way of acDng is just unacceptable and you should reflect on that.
Furthermore, you had many Dmes stated savings and ability to manage works in and efficient and economic way. So far, in addiDon to the usual reserve funding, I have paid like other Lessees, almost £4,000 addiDonal for these works. But we will discuss this in a different forum.
