my tenant not to pay the rent or to interrupt my flat TV connecDon). This way of acDng is just unacceptable and you should reflect on that.
Furthermore, you had many Dmes stated savings and ability to manage works in and efficient and economic way. So far, in addiDon to the usual reserve funding, I have paid like other Lessees, almost £4,000 addiDonal for these works. But we will discuss this in a different forum.
