Hi Michele -
What if anything do you know about this Marta blockage and this Richard Farndale?
How did he get hold of your email, mine and our previous solicitors - who as you well know, are no longer representing Mitre House Management Limited.....
There's no way that any drainage problems, blockages etc can originate from any flats at Mitre House - just possibly the main drains in Marta's rear yard are, but not ours, as that's fenced off from Marta (unless they too utilise main drains in our rear yard) - there loo must be in the basement area of Marta and I cannot believe that whoever they had in to inspect didn't simply check their main drain -
But how did Farndale get onto you, me and Rose & Rose? Mystery.... Paul
