Mitre House Management Limited - Quarterly Demands/Arrears Reference Flat 5 Mitre House SW3
We are instructed by the Head Lessor to draw your attention to arrears that have accrued on your account. As at today's date the arrears are overdue to the sum of £900 for the 25th December 2014 Quarterly Demands as issued by Mitre House Management Limited.
Please note that your arrears include both Reserves and Service Charge amounts (plus Ground Rent if applicable) and the Service Charge is a sum of money which Mitre House Management Limited needs to collect from all Lessees on a regular basis to pay for the expenditure incurred or to be incurred. Your lease requires you to pay this in advance of each Quarter's expenditure. Failure to pay on time may lead to the contractors who supply the various services to your property not being paid which will result in them withholding their services until payment is received. Interest will also accrue on overdue amounts.
In order to avoid legal proceedings being commenced you must pay the amount owing by no later than 31/01/2015 as your payment will ensure that services are maintained for your benefit and that of your fellow residents. Failure to pay by 31/01/2015 or on time for future Quarterly Demands will be in breach of your Lease Covenants.
Payment Methods: Beneficiary: Mitre House Management Limited Barclays Bank Plc - Sort code: 30-64-72 - Account No: 23434068 Or Cheque payable to Mitre House Management Limited and sent to 7 Mitre House, 124 Kings Road, London SW3 4TP
If payment has been made in full within the last seven days you may ignore the content of this letter. If this is not the case then any further delay in payment will result in yet further additional Head Lessor’s administration charges of £90.00 plus costs incurred to date.
Yours faithfully,
