Paul,
I am about to transfer £2,000 to the Mitre House account this morning to cover the water tank etc, i understand that this is an extra and has appeared outside the original brief.
As to the windows i would have thought that Derek Issacs would have flagged this up on his original inspection, notwithstanding that the scaffolding was not up at the front of the building, at least the back.
Maybe i would be prudent that we are copied in with the ongoing correspondence from Derek Issacs. Regards Clp
