I might have missed a couple so do advise. But have all been recorded in the Lessee Protest Book, Vol III
Next time at Mitre House have a look at the Flat 2 (Show Door) which Management are suggesting ALL lessees should have done to compliment the new interior perfectly - the cost is £385, takes around 3 hours to do, is noisy and dusty but controllable and requires entry to flat - all door furniture is replaced with beautiful new brass fitments to match existing, plus bronze mirror panels in place of the chicken wire window panels plus the big one above the door (they remain but are simply covered by lovely bronze mirror panels) - also a new brass reeded bell push. All for a staggeringly reasonable £385 and of course everyone was awarded a lovely complimentary door mat but regrettably your tenant decided otherwise and prefers her own abomination.... c’est la vie.
I still have to repair the vandalism caused to your bathroom wall whilst attaching new brass door stops/hooks to the exterior fire-escape door. Same goes for Flat 3 - most regrettable and with sincere apologies.
Rubbish will again commence collection on Monday, if the cleaner can gain entry to the fire- escape, doesn’t get bitten by a rat or can stand the smell. Good job it’s winter!
No more arrears please (costly process to enforce), no more complaining please.... a timely New Year’s resolution
Best wishes, Paul
