met with you in person so that they confirm the identity of your picture in your passport. This enables us to register you as clients of this firm and therefore serve the acceptance notice. I am happy to certify any of your passports if you wish to attend these offices or any local solicitor will be able to offer this service to you if you simply drop in and ask them. They usually charge a fee of about £5 for certifying a passport however I would do this for you free of charge.
