Dear Michele,
No more queries or requests please - or you'll receive this same generic email reply to any email from you to me, Segar or Jamil - compris?
I'm far too busy running Mitre House on your behalf and organising the scheduled works. It's very time consuming and complex.
We have complied with yours and Flats 1, 3, 8 & 9's request/decision on which contractor to be adopted based on, one presumes, yours and their ability to adequately identify competent, liquid and reliable builders having done, one presumes again, due diligence.
I complied with your request for Bank Statements. I will comply with your request to check all paperwork/accounts/invoices/receipts etc from day one but not until the Internals/Externals are finished. I simply cannot do both, organise the works and deal with your queries of which they will be, as ever, extensive and one reply will simply invoke yet another query etc. I'm not spending my summer sorting out your queries on an invoice by invoice, bank entry by bank entry, receipt by receipt basis - it'll never end, you know that from past experiences.
I'm also quitting smoking and if you think I've been uncouth, adversorial, dictatorial, using foul, rude and obscene language (your recent accusations) and being thoroughly unpleasant, you ain't seen nothin' yet as when I'm coming off nicotine - so please stay well clear for at least a month or two and leave me to suffer in peace wherever I might be, the Far East or even joining ISIS - don't say you ain't been warned!
I would hope that you also comply with the various items as listed in Segar's recent email to you (16th June 2014), as outlined below.
It is somewhat evident that you expect me to comply with your frequent requests, usually by deadlines you insist upon, yet you seem very reluctant, indeed incapable to date, to acknowledge nor answer, nor comply with any of our/my requests.
A prima facie example is as outlined below. Not a particularly equitable situation.
Dear Michele -
I have been made aware that you are now in the process of showing your flat for sub-letting since your previous tenant, Ms. Cheever, vacated at Easter.
As such, I would advise you of your stated lease obligations, namely:
1) (Page 12, sub-section 15.1.2) you apply to MHML for permission to Sub-Let and supply the required details of any new tenant as outlined in the Licence.
There is also a fee of £40.50 for the servicing of your application.
2) (Page 13, sub-section 24) you adequately close carpet your premises as required in your Lease most especially when sub-let.
3) (Page 11, sub-section 13) you note the restriction of sub-letting only to a members of a single family unit, not sharers.
No doubt you will refer to the other restriction of no trade or business to be carried out with reference to MHML. Secretarial is NOT considered a trade or business in this instance.
I would finally advise that any Tenancy Agreement entered into by you without having complied with the points above will be considered both invalid and illegal.
I look forward to your confirmation and application for a Licence as well as payment for the outstanding RTM Invoice for £2582.74 which is noted you are refusing to acknowledge or pay as you consider it inappropriate, illegitimate and ill-timed. I can assure you it is valid and must be paid unless your legal right of referral to the LVT for their consideration given the circumstances has decided otherwise.
And we still await comment/explanation re: MARTA and how Capita/Richard Farndale contacted you without you referring it back to MHML
