So you now have all and any paperwork - there is nothing else - you even have had the key invoice, the outstanding RTM invoice, the sept demands invoice - so please no more requests unless I've forgotten something which I very rarely do as you well know.
And re VAT, we are not registered for vat 'cos if we were we'd have to charge vat on the quarterly demands and management fees and anything else we supply to lessees - catch 22 I'm afraid.

I'd bring another one on Friday properly engraved with a legible cashable payee if I were you - or face further strife.
