You also have invoices from management for flat 5 share of the tank and the communal tv - you cannot get separate invoices for that I'm afraid as it cannot be broken down into flats as its communal for building - ie a charge to the service charge account but thankfully paid.
So you now have all and any paperwork - there is nothing else - you even have had the key invoice, the outstanding RTM invoice, the sept demands invoice - so please no more requests unless I've forgotten something which I very rarely do as you well know.
And re VAT, we are not registered for vat 'cos if we were we'd have to charge vat on the quarterly demands and management fees and anything else we supply to lessees - catch 22 I'm afraid.
I think it fair to say that no further requests from you will be entertained nor replied to citing the juvenile cheque writing affair..... tres amusante!
I'd bring another one on Friday properly engraved with a legible cashable payee if I were you - or face further strife.
I might even change the front door lock making your two £50 keys redundant over night....
