oh god michele -
there is a fee to pay for your dish to be re-cabled and attached - it's a fee from installer which I can't get out of - it's obvious - everybody's paying the same money £593 for the communal aerial..... and none of us have dishes.... so those that have dishes have to pay £250 to have them re-cabled and re installed - that's all - it costs £250
Please just pay it and collect keys and count yourself lucky I'm not also insisting on receipt of the RTM invoice before collecting the keys....
