I can assure you and Flat 9 and no doubt your very uniformed and even more duplicitous Flat 5 that I am innocent on all charges.
I would implore all of you, especially you, Maria, to relax and enjoy the ride and to advise Flats 5 and 9 that, in the same way you were railroaded into a ludicrous RTM by listening to advice from Flat 5, to hold their peace. Michele doesn't just dislike me, she dislikes everybody most especially Agents or anything in authority. She's sick, OK.
I would remind you that Flat 5 and 9 wanted to spend in excess of £200,000 (Wade's Quote for internals/externals, or £60,000 for just internals).... the £2000 you are apparently withholding is cigarette money compared to what would have been requested had either of Wade's quotes been adopted.
We will accomplish damn near everything in Wade's costings for half the money and within the agreed £105,000 budget using AR Lawrence and sensible economies here and there.... believe me! Michele has already accused me (and copied all) of using our contractors to refurbish my flat, and today it was that I was doing all the Interior work, as she said, solo..... meaning one presumes, reading between the lines, that I am doing all the work myself (or Management is) and charging what AR Lawrence would have charged, namely £23, 531.76 as on the Section 20. Or maybe a few pence cheaper. I am not and neither is Management.
As I said, the woman is sick and you should be very careful to not again be drawn into totally fictitious and duplicitous situations. And the same warning goes for association with Flat 9 who for some extraordinary reason seem joined at the hip with Flat 5 in their constant distrust and vitriol aimed squarely at both myself and Management.
I will update all lessees on Saturday evening with the works situation at Mitre House. No more impertinent requests please! I'm innocent.
