Since the purchase of The Headlease in August 2011 I am aware that I have not been privy to information regarding important matters about Mitre House.
As a Director of Mitre House Management I should be given notice and informed of all matters concerning flats being bought or sold, developments or improvements to flats within Mitre House as permission needs to be granted.
As an example I am aware that Flat 2 is being refurbished (hence the rubbish in the back yard) without having any had any specification signed off. Perhaps you can send me any documentation you have received which relates to this matter.
As you are aware I am in the process of extending my lease, I therefore would like to be informed if anybody else is also requesting to extend their own lease. Please pass on any documentation relating to this matter.
I also request a copy of the Shareholder Accounts since the account has been opened in 2011.
At the present the only documentation of any importance I have been forwarded is the Fire Certificate.
Please advise if I should be informed of any other matters. With best regards,
