I totally 100% agree with Jamil and will vote to remove Michele Hillgarth off the board at the proposed EGM. I will arrange the required paperwork as instructed.
In the meantime, as she was warned, I attach a generic answer to her pathetic continuing annoying queries all of which have been answered a dozen times.
It should be noted that she has sub-let her flat and as such we consider any tenancy agreement to sub-let to be invalid and in breach of several clauses in her lease.

I note that there was no meeting in 2012 – am I correct?
As a matter of interest, please could you kindly explain why the date on the email in the screenshot indicates the 1st August whereas the attached PDF document states the 6th August 2013?
