I was just awaiting the WADE Quote which we now have.
It requires a board meeting to discuss its implications and your various comments in your email sent to all with WADE's quote today 15 May.
As such, I attach the notice to attend.
To be fair, WADE's quote and details are Management's concerns and not the Lessees. Please refrain from sharing privileged information concerning Mitre House Management Limited with non Directors such as Lessees.
