Your quotes have not been supplied to anybody. If you really have the proper comparison contractor quotes why are you refusing to supply them? Please forward your original quotes from your associated contractors as I have done with Wade. Un:l you do so your quote cannot be validated and there cannot be considered or approved.

For clarifica:on J Please reJread the spread sheet and the specifica:ons provided J there are significant differences in costs because Wade includes addi:onal items which your quotes does not. Examples of some of the differences are below

You keep referring to your quote being £35k Inc. VAT – this is incorrect and
misleading everybody and unprofessional Your quote supplied is £35,000 + VAT which comes to £42,700
The current quote from Wade is £44,319 + VAT which comes to £53,182.80 inc VAT
