Briefly

01_MH décor 21S5S12 You are giving a choice to the Leasholders for Tradi:onal Elegance or Belle Époque. When the majority give you their preference for Tradi:onal you hit the roof as you personally prefer Belle Époque and behave like a bully to in:mate others to vote in your favour. This is why you have created this unbearable atmosphere in this house – because you didn’t get things your way.

02_MH Contractor Specs This is a general terms and condi:ons which are not a specifica:on of works. This is your ‘Invita:on to tender? There is nothing to tender against, it’s a generic overall terms from another document. A great piece of work for somebody to give specifica:on.

03 Mitre House Brief Specs Please show associated contractor quotes and costs against this brief, they are noJwhere to be seen. This is a very topJline and not detailed

04_ Mirror Specs
Nobody wants this – its poten:ally dangerous and there is no cos:ng

05_ Average Costs No reference to any contractors or specific costs, everything is average. How can we take this seriously?
All the above is unprofessionally done and done without consul:ng any of the lessee, so a complete waste of :me, ink and paper.

In reply to your email to Segar this afternoon, I attach various documents, all of which you and all other relevant Lessees have received previously (and I have copy emails if in any doubt) - in fact both the Contractor Specifications and the Average Costs Analysis (including the initial voting) were summarily dismissed as being either not required or in the case of the Average Costs Analysis (Voting) not representative - in fact dishonestly manipulated!
As regards your request for a full breakdown from one contractor. As you've been told a dozen times and must surely be fully aware of by now, as both you and Flat 9 have made your concerns clear in various, in fact multitudes of emails, that you consider individual contractor costs as not acceptable. An example given that a Project Manager acting within a single contractor's quote will not only oversee the works but also sort out any problems such as one contractor damaging another contractor's work! I fully concur and if money was of no
concern, I would go that route too.....
