Quite correct Samya but this £2000 is not part of the normal process but a required contribution from ALL lessees to fund the agreed works and budget.
If you recall, both Segar and I did implore you to vote against against spending more than we had collected in the normal way to cover the works.
Unfortunately, Management had to agree to spend more and made clear that ALL lessees would be required to contribute the same amount.
This was pointed out to you on numerous occasions. Thankfully, Management capped the overall agreed budget at £105,019 as opposed to what some lessees were intent on spending being far, far more requiring a far far larger contribution from ALL lessees.
