Yesterday was the final straw as regards your behaviour both as a Director of Mitre House Management Limited and as a Lessee of Mitre House.
In brief and to have the situation on record exactly as it transpired over the past week.
i)_you had requested of me in an email at 18.13pm on 25th April if I was available to meet with Wade/Neil Broadbent on Monday and if access to the roof was available.
ii)_I replied at 18.38pm by return saying no problem, ask him to ring my bell.
iii)_at around 1.15pm on Monday you knocked on my door to introduce Neil Broadbent, and whilst he went up on the roof, I invited you in to my flat for coffee. We discussed the on-going disagreements and also discussed certain items when Neil Broadbent returned from the roof. You both left around 1.50pm after what I considered to be a useful exchange of views and comment.
iv)_Neil assured you that his quote would be in on schedule and before the 15th May deadline. I offered him any assistance he might need and made abundantly clear my wish, in your presence, that Wade would be the preferred contractor, if for no other reason than to get you off my back. I also explained that we had known each other for over 30 years, had been friends but squabbled like brother and sister.
v)_I emailed you an outline proposal/acknowledgement/summary for consideration at 17.56pm on Monday 28 April after our meeting.
vi)_you replied at 15.43pm on Wednesday 30 April with a query
vii)_ I sent a reply email at 18.59pm on Wednesday 30 April answering the query and outlining the maths and the budgets
viii)_you emailed me on Wednesday 30th April at 18.14pm to ask if I would be around at 10.30am on Thursday morning.
ix)_I replied by return at 19.10pm saying, For what reason, could be...
x)_I sent a further email at 04.36am in the morning of Thursday 1st May saying:
If you are visiting Mitre House tomorrow [today] around 10.30, could you text/telephone/email me around 10.00am so I can attend if needed.
xi)_I sent a further email at 12.19 midday on Thursday 1st May saying:
I take it you did not require my attendance at Mitre House this morning....but let me know if I can assist in any further matter.
xii)_i received an email from you at 16.36pm on Thursday 1st May saying:
To make an end to the internal and external as clearly emails are not sufficents
xiii)_i received an email from you at 16.37pm on Thursday 1st May saying:
I am not meeting anybody but I will be in Chelsea. I thought it would be easier to finish our conversation as sadly I had to go to a meeting on Monday. Re below : we have been in breach of or obligations for 14 years so 1 more year is not the end and I am very happy to approach Royal London who as you know have not requested anything
xiv)_I sent an email to you at 18.34pm on Thursday 1st May with a full and comprehensive set of questions to propose to your fellow lessees.
xv)_I received an email back from you at 20.59pm, (your LONG one), copied to all Lessees which beggared belief and totally ignored all previous correspondence since we met on Monday, and simply listed a catalogue of untruths, innuendos and rubbish. And ending with:
I am very happy to meet with you if you want to thrash this out in person but the ball is in your court.
xvi)_and another at 23.01pm on Thursday 1st May stating:
I tried to meet you today at different time of the day to discuss further our unfinished discussion of Monday ,but sadly you did not seem to be willing to do so .
Michele - are you serious? An idiot, or any brain-dead fossil who peruses the above timetable/diary could not
