Interior décor:
Paul- The only person who seems to be sa;sfied with the colour scheme you chose years ago is undoubtedly yourself. To quote you, the “Albanian brothel” look has certainly been achieved, and at the expense of the leaseholders I might add. Once again you have demonstrated your belief that you are the sole proprietor of Mitre House. Despite years of correspondence on a suitable colour scheme, you chose to ignore the majority and painted the interior in accordance to your own taste. The above 6 flats are in common agreement that the scheme you have selected is completely unsuitable for the building and diminishes the value of our property. We are reques;ng that you change the colour to that which was previously agreed at your own expense. We reserve the right to seek legal advice with regards to this ma^er. In making your choice, we have incurred a great deal of expense and are not prepared to accept the damage you have caused and are con;nuing to cause to Mitre House.
BT:
I’d like to remind you that you were requested to contact BT regarding the wiring and on 09/09/14 and you informed me that you would look into it. I have heard nothing since and would appreciate an update on the ma^er.
Service Charge:
Thank you for your Service Charge request. As the increase is significant, please supply details of the addi;onal expenses to maintain “ Mitre House to an even higher standard than to date”. Please supply a schedule of addi;onal work leading to these expenses. Once this has been approved, we shall make an agreement on the increased Service Charge. This is in accordance with Sec;on 21 of the 1985 Landlord and Tenant Act on which Service Charge is based.
Intercom:
Our correspondence indicates that my intercom is faulty and should be repaired. Please ensure work is carried out to that effect with sufficient warning so as to gain access to the flat.
Electrical cer;ficate:
By law, the insurance company covering individual flats requests an up to date electrical cer;ficate which has not been provided. On several occasions I have requested access to the basement in order for my surveyor to carry out an inspec;on (at my own expense), but sadly this has been to denied. Please make arrangements for a key to be provided.
