Bad news I'm afraid - seems the rear windows to Flats 2, 5, 6, 8 and 9 are not as the Surveyor hoped from long distance a month ago, but in need of some extensive repairs when viewed and tested close up now the rear scaffolding is in place.
As such, we must again require you to pay individually by cheque, made payable to:
A.R. Lawrence & Sons Ltd
and post to me for onward forwarding. Again, they will not be cashed until works are signed off as perfect.
If anybody wishes to see the extent of their window repairs, let me know as I did a complete photographic analysis.
Everybody's is attached in case you wish to consult, but they won't commence the repairs until cheques are received so do please send them asap. Again, bad luck as ever and aplogies to those who had hoped the works/costs would be very minimum and could be absorbed, but as can be seen, these are extensive repairs and expensive.
