Following my site visit yesterday, I now aOach the priced Window Repair Schedules for each of the flats having windows on the rear eleva1on. Contrary to what I said yesterday, it is Flat 3 that does not require any works and not Flat 2. Again, I have got confused with the numbering!
As you will see, including VAT, the rear eleva1on window repair costs are as follows:-
Flat 2 - £702.00 Flat 5 - £768.00 Flat 6 - £786.00 Flat 8 - £894.00 Flat 9 - £960.00
I presume that, as was the case for the front eleva1on windows, you will now collect payment cheques from each of the flat lessees for the amounts involved and I look forward to receiving these as soon as possible, in order that I can instruct the contractor to proceed.
