Leisure will be placed at the
heart of the scheme and will be vertically integrated with a ground floor entrance off one of the main squares up to the first floor.
This will maximise the use of challenging first floor space by leasing to a key leisure anchor brand which will drive increased footfall. This is a key aspect of the Lifestyle Outlets concept giving customers more reason to visit.
