• Has transacted across all retail property sectors in the UK.
• Extensive knowledge of the European outlet sector having transacted in the majority of the rst and second tier of European Outlets.
• Has been involved in the delivery of 4 new outlet centres in the UK as well as extensions, redevelopments and relaunches of existing schemes
• Advises a number of UK and International brands on their store expansion and existing property portfolio including C&J Clark, Superdry, Signet Group, Osprey London, Mammut and The Swatch Group

Role: Acquisitions and Leasing Manager at JPC providing leasing advice across the Lifestyle Outlets assets.
Specialising in the development of leasing of outlets in the UK and Europe with very strong brand relationships.
Experience/Track Record:
• A specialist in the UK outlet market having worked in house for a number of leading outlet operators
• Has been involved in the asset management and leasing of more than 20 outlets in the UK and has transacted in numerous outlets in Europe
• Leased new developments both in the UK and Europe as well as being involved in the extension of Swindon Designer Outlet and redevelopment of Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet
• Advises brands on their store expansion including Osprey London, Antler, Skopes, Jones Bootmaker and Haribo across both outlet and high street locations
