This home is a 21st Century Wedge–style building. It offers geometric siding design with extraordinary window placement to maximize natural light and accentuate the asymmetrical rooflines. The interior and exterior both offer fantastic space for living and entertaining. The home features hardwood floors, quartz countertops, a luxurious master shower, soaring ceilings, a fenced yard, and a garage.
design approach
This home was designed to live like a single-level home. We wanted to offer the benefits of having every- thing on the main level plus the basement which was designed to offer space for guests, family expansion, or an Airbnb suite. The main level has an open concept that’s great for entertaining everyone at once, whether they’re relaxing in the living room, enjoying a snack in the dining space, or preparing a meal in the kitchen. On the main level, visitors will find the washer and dryer and the master suite which includes a free standing tub, luxury shower, and built-in closet. In the finished basement, there is a second private entrance, two bedroom suites, a kitchenette, and another washer and dryer set.
