once upon a time, urban living was
limited to young, hip apartment dwellers looking for access to local hotspots before eventually settling down in a suburban de- velopment far, far away. But times have changed. Today’s urbanites include a wide range of residents who are looking for all-in- clusive neighborhoods in which to live, work, and play. They still want access to nearby nightlife, but they also want to experience the art and culture of the city, the public green spaces, sports, shopping, dining oppor- tunities, and great schools that will give kids a top-notch education.
