BUILDERS PROFILE: Standley Built Homes
PHILIP STANDLEY has been building custom homes in Indianapolis since 1983 and started Standley Built Homes, Inc, in 2001. Phil considers himself a job site builder, working directly with the customer and suppliers during the construction process.
All communication goes directly through Phil and all directions and decisions on the job are decided by the customer and Phil together through the process.
Standley Built Homes has never built the same home twice so each custom home is truly custom.
“I believe that building a home
does not have to be stressful,” says Phil Standley. “My longstanding relationships with the best craftsmen are evident in all my homes and I am here to calm, reassure and ease clients into your new custom home,” says Phil.
