At the time, the Viper was probably our most attractively packaged product, and it included much eld feedback from customers. Unfortunately, the Viper was a solution for which there was no real
product demand. Viper
sales were slow, and after
three years the product was discontinued in December 2013. Vipers still exist at customer sites in the eld to this day.
