OUR NEW ADDRESS
The original superstructure of the building was preserved, and all the r beams and original oors throughout remain to this day.
During construction, interior walls were added because this was previously what’s known as a “free-span” warehouse with no interior walls.
Two entirely new stairwells were installed along with all-new lighting and HVAC systems.
“So, we revitalized an old building that had very little meaning for the city of Indianapolis, but for me, I thought if no one ever comes along and keeps that thing going, it’ll be bulldozed down like so many others in this city,” he
says. “I thought it was worth preserving. And I thought it was cool.”
