Ward’s daughter, Emmie, who interned at OmniSite during the past two summers, says employees appreciate the perks.
“My dad understands his sta . He cares about the people who work here, so they care about the company,” she says. “He has all these amazing people that are dedicated to building this company up. They want to work because
he’s working for them, too.”

“People will ask, ‘So you monitor poop?’” says Andy Seay. “I tell them, ‘Yeah, that and a lot of other nasty stu . But if we don’t monitor it,
it ends up in the river and then
your kids are swimming in it. It’s something that most people take for granted because it’s so well taken care of. They  ush their toilet and a sewer spill is the last thing they
think of.”
He says people don’t usually consider it because they don’t have to. “If you don’t hear about
it in the news and nothing bad happened, like a sewage spill, then it’s probably because we’re doing our jobs and our customers
are doing theirs.”
