FREIGHT POLICY: Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies will pay all ground freight charges for merchandise orders over $99, exclusive of sales tax or other fees, (some exclusions may apply) delivered within the contiguous United States. Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies will pay all ground freight charges for orders of Shernbao and Pet-Agroom equipment, as
well as all dryers (some exclusions may apply) delivered within the contiguous United States. Exclusionsinclude,butarenotnecessarilylimitedto,largeequipmentitemslike tubs, tables, cages, dryers, motor freight items, drop shipments, large packages, dryer repair, sharpening, clipper repair, and some applicable C.O.D. charges. Free freight on tubs, tables, hardware, etc. is for ground service or commercial LTL shipments only. Additional accessorial services such as lift-gate, residential delivery, inside delivery, appointment/ noti cation of delivery may incur additional costs. Expedited shipping services available are: Next Day Air, 2-Day Air or 3-Day Air select, but these do not qualify for free or at rate shippingandmayincuradditionalcosts. Pet-AgreeGroomingSuppliesstrivestoprovide the best products and customer service delivered at the lowest prices. However, Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies reserves the right to alter, change or discontinue any shipping policy without notice. Please inspect your shipment within 24 hours and let us know if anything is missing or incorrect. We are unable to recover any freight charges as the result of any missing or mis-shipped packages if we are not noti ed within 24 hours.
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and bank debit cards, as well as e-check upon placing your order. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If damage occurs during shipping, please have the box & merchandise inspected by the delivery carrier & contact Pet-Agree immediately. Note any damage on the shipping document, manifest or BOL. PLEASE SAVE CONTAINERS AND MERCHANDISE! An examination by the carrier may be necessary. Any pictures would be greatly appreciated. If you accept damaged product, we will be UNABLE to replace or refund your purchase.
RETURNS: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt – no exceptions! A return authorization number must be issued before merchandise can be returned. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted. Credit issued for Returns will be credited as an in-store credit on customer's account. Returns will be credited upon inspection
of merchandise, which must be new and in its original packaging, and in sell-able condition. Returns for damages will be credited upon receipt of insurance claim. Returned merchandise other than for defective will incur a 30% restocking fee ($10.00 minimum). If an item is returned due to a shipping error or damage, Pet-Agree will cover return shipping charges. If an item is returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Note: Sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on books, videos, or opened containers of liquids.
BACKORDERS: We will gladly accept backorders on any product, with no minimum purchase required. We o er two great options on how we can handle your backorder: 1.) you can prepay for your backordered items and their applicable shipping charge, and we willshipyourorderassoonasit’scomplete.Thiswillgetyourbackordereditemsshipped as quickly as possible. OR 2.) we can call you as soon as your items are back in stock. This gives you the opportunity to add to your order and potentially save on shipping charges, if your new total meets one of our discounted shipping thresholds. If a backorder stays open for 60 days, we will cancel the backorder and refund, as a store credit, any money collected. All backorders are treated as new and separate orders from their original order, and any applicable shipping charges will be applied. If items on an original order must
be backordered for any reason, and that puts the original order below the threshold for free shipping, you will be responsible for applicable shipping charges. We try our hardest to maintain appropriate stock levels at all times, but due to situations out of our control, we may run out of a product. As these situations are outside of our control, we cannot be responsible for any changes in shipping charges.
PRICING POLICY: Many of our manufacturers increase prices with little-to-no notice. Consequently,somepricesyoupaymaybedi erentthanwhatisadvertisedinthe catalog or on our website. Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies is not responsible for any errors, omissions, and or misprints contained in either this catalog or on our website. All prices, items, display of items, manufacturing speci cations, colors, and freight charges are subject to change without notice. Low Price Guarantee with our “Low Price Match Policy”: Never worry about over-paying! Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies will match or beat any advertised price from an authorized distributor on any identical product we carry. Just send us a copy of the ad, via mail, fax, or email of the exact item and we’ll match or beat the price. The advertisement must be currently active and clearly state the competitor’s name, item, price, and e ective date. Discontinued, clearance, and distributor exclusive
sale items are excluded from the Low Price Match Policy. Shipping policies must be equivalent or calculated so the total order will be price matched, i.e. we will not price match if the alternate vendor does not match our free shipping policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to price match any vendors that are not authorized representatives of the product manufacturer that a price match is being request on, this includes third party retailers like Amazon, eBay, Chewy's, etc.
