(3) Take note of the device’s Unit ID, which can be found on a label on the device. Enter this Unit ID when prompted by the Activation Wizard.
(4) Please read and follow the instructions carefully as you progress through the Activation Wizard.
(5) Once you nish the Activation Wizard, OmniSite will be noti ed and will begin processing your activation request. Please allow up to one business day to process your request.
(6) You will receive an email from OmniSite when device activation is complete.
(7) The noti cation email you receive from OmniSite will include your user name and password to access your secure historical website, and also the units telephone number
for con guration of text message backup messages.
