  OUR AMBITION
OUR VISION FOR A BETTER AND MORE HOPEFUL FUTURE
As the crisis of homelessness continues to grow and spread, creating even more suffering for tens of thousands of men, women, and children, these precious souls don’t need more empty words or promises. They need solutions.
We live in a city named after Angels, and Union Rescue Mission is committed to live up to that name. Here are some of our plans to bring help and tangible care to our neighbors experiencing hunger, homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance abuse issues.
 Regionalize Services by De-Centralizing Skid Row and Building More Angeles House Type Facilities
Expand Hope Gardens
• Increase our capacity to serve more senior women • Add more apartments for moms and kids
• Build transitional apartments for our graduates
Increase Focus on Aged-Out Foster Youth
Statistics prove that by reaching out to this community, we can change the path of these precious lives.
Trade Ranch University
Vocational training for aged-out foster youth.
