INCREASE IN BLANK STRENGTH
Spiral X construction uses three layers: a blank made of vertical fibres, an inner layer and an outer layer, both comprising of carbon tape that tightly winds the blank diagonally in opposite directions. By using this carbon tape in place of a conventional horizontal fibre sheet, Spiral X achieves enhanced torsional rigidity without adding extra weight.
With Spiral X Core, the use of Carbon Infinity tape made using high-strength materials including *Nanoalloy® technology, further enhances the rod performance.
In comparison with Spiral X, torsional & structural rigidity is improved by 10-15%
The X5 blanks rods are built on a reduced diameter blank, but have higher torsional twist resistance and greater resistance to overloading.
Custom Carbon Slick Butt: Use of an extra strong carbon sleeve to replace conventional PVC piping results in a stronger, lighter and an aesthetically pleasing Slick Butt.

Customised EVA grips, shaped for maximum comfort and performance.
      GRAPHITE BLANK
Utilising high quality graphite sheets rolled on custom designed mandrels, a sensitive yet extremely light-weight performance fishing blank is created.
     GRAPHITE COMPOSITE
Rod blanks combining both graphite and fibreglass materials in a particular manner can create a blank with characteristics that are the best of both worlds, making a rod that has fibreglass robustness with the power of graphite.
     HIGH MODULUS GRAPHITE
   High modulus graphite construction.
       INSERTED GLASS TIP
To obtain a super flexible rod action for bait fishing, a soft, solid fibreglass tip section is inserted into a specially designed graphite blank, creating a lightweight, powerful rod that also allows a timidly biting fish to hook itself without feeling the stiff part of the blank action.
T45 involves a three step process by which the rods first process involves a graphite tape linear rolled at 45 degrees. The graphite tape reduces the weight greatly as it is not a complete sheet graphite. It
is then reinforced by two opposing angled premium quality graphite sheets to create a light, extremely sensitive yet strong blank.
     INTEGRATED GLASS TIP
Using a complex rod blank manufacturing technique, a solid fibreglass tip section is woven into a tubular blank during the early stages of manufactured, producing a strong blank with a solid tip that is as tough as they come!
A technology where the manipulation of graphite on an atomic level delivers lighter, stronger and more durable fishing rods.
     SPLIT BUTT
Using separate grip materials for a butt grip and a reel seat grip allows for a more comfortable rod when casting, reduces unnecessary grip materials, and enhances the appearance of the overall handle.
     WOODEN SAND SPIKE
Hard-wearing shaped timber is used for the butt end of surf and rock rods as a lasting and corrosion-free component against the rigours of sand, rocks and water.
            Graphite integrated fibreglass tip.
Adding Biofibre reinforces the carbon fibres in all directions. This gives outstanding strength, shock resistance, lightness and power.
