Sonoma County is preparing to open our next application round for homes that will be built in Windsor and Santa Rosa.

The tentative construction is scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2020 and continue over the following 18 months. Applicants must
meet certain criteria, including specific income levels, a need
for adequate shelter, and the resources to meet minimum
income guidelines.

Program Interest Form:
If selected, the family must sign a partnership agreement with Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County which includes a commitment of 500 hours of sweat equity assisting in the construction of their home as well as others.

Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County is an
international faith-based organization dedicated to improving lives by building modest, affordable homes
in partnership with our community and families in need. Habitat for Humanity collaborates with volunteers and partner families to build affordable housing with affordable mortgages.
The first step is determining if you fit within our guidelines.
We encourage anyone who meets these special criteria to apply.

Please determine if your
income fits within the guidelines based on your family size, and if you fit the Need, Ability to Pay, and Willingness to Partner guidelines.

In addition to our traditional homeownership program, depending on the project, we may have additional funding targeted to meet the needs of specific applicants.

following criteria?
• Are you or a household member a
Wildfire Survivor?
• Are you or a household member an Agricultural Worker?
• Are you or a household member a
Veteran?
• Are you or a household member a
senior (age 62 or older)?
If you meet the guidelines,
please complete the Program Interest Form! Once complete, you will be invited to our next Homeowner Interest meeting to learn about the details of the program and to have all your questions answered prior to completing an application. The next meeting will be announced once we have determined the timing of our upcoming developments.
