Our Technology
Facility Concierge Services use a one-of-a- kind communication and site management tool to streamline the cleaning process and identify issues quickly so we can
take action proactively and immediately communicate to our team any corrective measures that need to be taken.
We provide our cleaners with clear instructions, custom tailored to your facility, to ensure you receive the highest quality service every time we perform our services. We also provide custom inspection
reports, so you can be sure we are meeting your every need. Quality control is very important to us.
Our cleaners are also trained to be on
the look-out for routine maintenance
items they may come across as they are performing their daily duties, such as, burnt out lights, electrical outlets not working, water running or faucets dripping, toilets not flushing/clogged, etc. or any other building related issues. All maintenance issues will be reported in a timely manner to your Facility Team. We strive to become a strategic partner with each of our clients to ensure a well-maintained facility.
