We largely owe credit to our core values for making us Central PA’s best-in-class professional cleaning provider.
Our core values are simple:
• Be sincere.
• Treat others with respect.
• Finish what you start and never give up. • Get better every day.
As we explain in our group interviews, cleaning can be taught but core values are embedded within us and cannot be taught. We either share the same core values or we don’t. If a candidate or an employee displays values that are not in line with our core values they will not be invited to join our team or to continue on our team.
Each member of our team is carefully screened. We hire only the most conscientious and professional candidates. Each technician is trained in our systems, products and equipment.
Keeping in line with our mission and core values, each and every cleaning technician has the opportunity to become a Rockstar Cleaning Technician.
A Rockstar Cleaning Technician is someone who not only demonstrates our core values on a daily basis, but also assists and inspires their co-workers to perform at their highest level. Our Rockstar Technicians takes pride in their work, strives to be better and is consistently eager to learn new things and take on more responsibilities.
Our Rockstar Cleaning Technicians are encouraged and rewarded for successfully completing the following ISSA Certification Exams:
• Custodial Technician Basic Exam; and
• Custodial & Maintenance Supervision Exam
Facility Concierge Services also has on staff an ISSA Certified Trainer.
In addition to the ISSA Certifications, we also require all staff to successfully complete company sponsored training program/exam, which includes the following:
• Bloodborne Pathogens Certification • Safety in the Workplace – OSHA
