The Budget Boutique Committee shall
Provide items for sale at the National Angora RabbitBreeders Club, Inc. Specialty Show and the AmericanRabbit Breeders Association Convention.
BUDGET COMMITTEE
The Budget Committee is to create a budget for theNARBC fiscal year. It can be based on the expenditures and income from the previous year. TheTreasurer is to be a member of the Budget Committee. The Budget Committee shall send the proposedbudget to the Board of Directors for review by January 31st. The Board of Directors reviewsand can amend the budget for the next year. The approval of the budget is sent to the membershipalong with the election ballot of Officers/Directors. The time frame is to be followedin the C&BL. A majority of valid ballots is required to approve the budget.
The budget committee submits its first budget proposalto the Board at the January 31st. See Article V, Section 3 of the ByLaws that representsyour committee.
CONSTITUTION AND BYLAW COMMITTEE
The Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall maintaincontinuous study of the Constitution and By-Laws for the purpose of furnishing interpretationswhen requested by an officer or member of the Association and for the purpose of offering improvementsor clarifications in the form of modifications.
The Committee will offer amendments for improvementor clarification in the prescribed manner for consideration. Submit to the Board of Directorsa current and correct copy of the proposed changes for approval prior to submission to the NewsletterEditor for printing in the newsletter. Upon adoption of an amendment or modification by themembership, they shall revise the necessary articles of sections to include the amendment,and shall furnish it to the Secretary of the Association within thirty (30) days followingadoption.
The Constitution/ByLaw Chairperson shall submit tothe Board of Directorsa current and correct copy of the adopted amendments for approval priorto submission to the NewsletterEditor for printing in the newsletter and furnish a current andcorrect copy of the By-Laws to the NewsletterEditor for inclusion in December deadlineissue ofthe newsletter.
