MAKE SOME OF CAyMAN’S MOST-LOvED COCKTAILS FOR yOuRSELF
BREAKFAST ON MARS

2 oz Mars Iwai Blended
Japanese Whisky
3 bar spoons house-made nectarine marmalade
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Build in shaker tin, shake on ice, strain into coupe. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
Handy tip: the marmalade is made using nectarines, lemons and oranges, slow cooked with a touch of dried ginger and Chinese Five Spice, among other things.
It gives the cocktail a zesty, well- integrated blend of sweet and citrus and adds a silky texture to the mouthfeel.
BLuE DREAM

1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps 2 oz Malibu
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz heavy cream
Shake ingredients and enjoy with a cherry on top!
MANGO TIMES

1/2 oz Banana Liquor
3 oz fresh local mango puree Fresh lime juice
Splash of orange juice

PINEAPPLE BOuRBON SMASH

This is made like the classic Brazilian cocktail, the caipirinha. 1/2 lime, sliced
2 1/2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz simple syrup
Pineapple
Dash of bitters
Muddle lime with simple syrup and some chopped pineapple. Add Bourbon and bitters and pour over ice.
WOODy WOODPECKER

6cl Woodford Reserve
2 bar spoons orange marmalade Half of fresh lime
Cut the half lime in thin slices and put them in a tumbler, add the orange marmalade and muddle. Pour the Bourbon into the glass, following with ice and stir intensely. Garnish with an orange peel.
