Leon Pennings (joined 2009), Technical Leadership: with over 15 years of software engineering experience, Leon brings unparalled expertise in building lean and mean high-quality software. Leon previously worked as Lead Architect at, amongst others, Syfact (now NICE Actimize) and leveraged upon this experience to think GRC software afresh. Leon holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands.
Rudolf van der Maas (joined 2013), Operations Leadership: Rudolf’s experiences range form being an officer for the Royal Dutch Air Force to Senior Program manager in the information technology industry. Diplomacy, precision, rigor and tangible results are Rudolf’s professional bearing points. Rudolf. These various experiences led Rudolf to develop a hands-on, no-nonsense approach to project delivery.
Emmanuel Noblet (joined 2015), : Executive Leadership: Emmanuel held various executive positions in the risk and compliance area for many financial institutions: his expertise encompasses market and credit portfolio risk management, complex derivatives trading and ABS structuring, large IT deployments and Solvency II and Basel III implementations. Emmanuel has a proven track record of growing businesses as COO and CEO of SecondFloor (5 times FD Gazelle).
