Need something else? No problem, the bus stop is just a short walk away and the bus will take you directly to Wellington CBD. Better still, if you don’t feel like leaving the property, there is a mini shop at the neighbouring Huntleigh Home which stocks toiletries, sweet treats, gifts and more.
Huntleigh community
All apartment residents have access to the community facility which includes a large lounge/function room, a dining room with small kitchen and a library. If you have a large number of people you would like to entertain for birthdays or special occasions, you can book the lounge/function or dining room.
For family and friends visiting residents of Huntleigh Home and Apartments we offer a guest studio apartment. This is available at an affordable nightly rate.
Village Coordinator
Huntleigh Apartments has a village coordinator who facilitates the smooth running of the village. They are the
key point of contact for families, support staff and the neighbouring rest home. If there are any issues - the village coordinator is your first point of call. They are also involved in planning the social calendar which includes outings and social events, as well as organising hairdressing and beautician visits.
