He had a great little business and sold it when retirement was near. Interesting enough, the buyer changed the model. He was all over the place with his marketing and dropped the previous owner’s successful sales method. I am not sure if he is still going.
It may seem simple, but I have seen a lot of wasted money through marketing to the wrong demographic or geographical location.
