A situation happened to me recently where a plumber was going to fix a leak in the roof of a building I have. As I hadn’t heard from him, I rang him up a week later and asked how he got on fixing the leak. He said he hadn’t been there and, as a matter of fact, he was not going to go there anyway because he was too busy. Basically, he had wasted my time, and silly me for assuming he had gone there. I was pretty annoyed and now use someone else. Having experienced many recessions over thirty-two years, I hope he doesn’t come looking for work in the future with all the people I told of his bad service.
