It is extremely important to everyone at Red Wolf that our customers consistently receive the best possible service experience – at every step of the way.
The Red Wolf pack prides itself on employee competency, reliability, and experience at the highest level, so we make sure our quality assurance procedure manuals are always adhered to.
These manuals have set key performance indicators (KPIs) that outline vital requirements for our security consultants, project managers, systems engineers, and security technicians.
One way we ensure a high standard is maintained at all times is through our testing and self-inspection KPI. This is vigorously carried out, both during and on completion of all undertaken work.
Red Wolf is also ISO 9001 certified. Our proven quality management systems ensure we will always provide customers with exceptional services.

PROTECTIVE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Red Wolf understands and adheres to the Protective Security Requirements (PSR). We have the expertise to develop individual PSR business implementation plans that suit you.
The PSR outlines the Government’s expectations for managing personnel, physical, and information security. The PSR clearly sets out what agencies must and should consider to ensure they are managing security effectively.
Security practitioners are responsible for implementing mandatory requirements and developing protective security policies and procedures to suit the needs of their agency.
