“Wherever you pay rates you can vote”
Our target audience are people that own multiple properties. They reside in one property in one area and own another property or multiple properties in other council regions and pay rates for those properties.
Our target audience will be both residential and commercial property investors/owners.
Property types include
- Family batch
- Commercial property (office, retail, industrial) - Farm
- Student let
- Apartment
- Rental
- Vineyard
- Storage
Our typical age group will be 40+
Our task is;
1) to create awareness directly through print ads and digital/social media
2) to build a website to provide information and resources
3) to provide a toolkit of assets for councils
Campaign Duration
The campaign will run between 2nd May - 6 July 2022
