KCC Entertainment Design proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2025!
For 25 years, we have been designing and developing entertainment projects that are deeply rooted in their respective markets, whether as pioneers or disruptors. Over the years, we have accumulated invaluable experience, extensive industry knowledge, and a vast network of partners, including clients, suppliers, supporters, and consultants. Today, these assets are more crucial than ever.
The entertainment industry is constantly evolving, facing challenges such as changing customer behavior—how to attract and retain visitors in an
era where attention is highly contested. Market conditions are also shifting rapidly, with new concepts emerging at an unprecedented rate and entertainment becoming integrated into various industries. Additionally, financial considerations, including staffing efficiency, inflation, and rising resource costs, play a critical role in project success.
With our extensive experience, we are well- equipped to tackle these challenges alongside our partners.
In 2023 and 2024, several KCC-designed and/or built projects successfully opened their doors: Bonkers, Khobar, KSA (https://bonkers.awsaudi. com/): Opened in October 2024, this innovative entertainment concept spans 3,000 sqm and features three zones. Its strong brand identity and engaging character design have driven significant footfall, strong merchandise sales and repeat visits from enthusiastic guests.
SparkX, Hasselt, Belgium (https://sparkx.com/
en/): Since opening in May 2023, this unique “sportainment” park, offering 50 different sports within 3,500 sqm, has welcomed over 230,000 visitors. It seamlessly blends fun and sports, attracting schools and corporate groups alike. More locations are in the pipeline!
DockX, Jeddah, KSA (https://thedockx.com/):
As Jeddah’s first entertainment venue combining premium food with engaging games for guests aged 10 and above, DockX—developed in collaboration
with Fawasel—provides the perfect setting for a memorable social experience.
Boom Room, Cairo, Egypt (https://www. boomrooment.com): Located in Open Air
Mall Madinaty, Cairo, this 1,600 sqm social entertainment venue includes bowling, darts, mini- golf, and a top-tier food concept, Pablo & Abdo. Its flexible centrally integrated event space (with stage) attracts large audiences, with over 1,500 visitors attending concerts, stand-up comedy shows, and special events.
Ohana Town, Tropical Islands, Germany (https:// www.tropical-islands.de): Opened in 2024 within the new Ohana Lodges hotel, this venue offers overnight guests an exciting evening filled with entertainment, fun, and refreshments. KCC managed this project from design to realization. Looking ahead to 2025, KCC is preparing for the launch of several new projects, including:
Juma, Cannes, France (https://www.juma.life/): A premier social entertainment destination.
Bowling de Kegel, Middelkerke, Belgium (https:// www.bowlingdekegel.be/): A brand-new entertainment zone including Experimental Park Two new Bonkers locations in Saudi Arabia.
A new Boom Room in Saudi Arabia.
Several new Experimental Parks (https:// xperimentalpark.com/en/), featuring the innovative social team experience.
