Fuel Tank Heaters
Preheat’s PEREGRINE range of top-entry fuel tank heaters are available in standard wattages of up to 6000.
Demand has risen for this type of heater due to the increasing number of bunded tank systems, in turn due to Health and Safety considerations and legislation.
The thermostats for top-entry tank heaters can be specified at any required depth within the tank, the heating elements themselves then running about 25mm
above the tank floor. The range of tank heaters has further increased with the need for even lower surface-watts- density heaters to accommodate the various types of bio- fuel and their varying characteristics.
