Architectural heritage handmade Garden Collections
The Heritage Handmade Garden Collections are defined by materials: copper, iron, natural stone, composition stone, lead, bronze and terracotta, and include planters, fountains, furniture, seating, sundials and statuary; handmade to classic designs by craftsmen using high quality materials and traditional techniques.
The Verdigris Copper Garden Planter Collection now has over 60 different designs in circular, square and rectangular form, with the latest extension to the range being copper containers for use as water features. Each planter and water container is handmade to order and verdigris patinated to echo the antique originals. Popular with private and professional clients alike, suiting both contemporary and traditional planting schemes. Produced in association with the National Trust is The Sissinghurst Castle Garden Copper Planter; with a contribution from the sale of every planter made to support the National Trust’s conservation work.
The Forged Iron Garden Dining & Furniture Collection
takes inspiration from the 19th century French originals. These elegant designs are crafted with a
long life outdoors in mind. Shaped in heat, the iron slats are attached in ladderback form to curved frames, with steel pins and bracing crossbars for support. The tables’ swirling curls are fashioned into shape under pressure and then affixed into cast housings; replicating the methods used in the 19th century originals. Another distinctive feature are the feet, being in the shape of a horseshoe. Each handcrafted piece is zinc-galvanised to protect against rust and then primed and painted white or, for an additional charge, painted to your chosen colour. There are Bistro, Coffee, Lounging and Dining Table options, with seating from 2 to 12 people.
Other collections include age-patinated artificial stone fountains and pool surrounds, lead garden ornament and planters, carved natural stone seating, fountains and ornament, and the Curated Collection of garden sculpture, seating and ornament.
