SAN STEFANO, CORFU, GREECE
The San Stefano Resort is sited on a steep incline on the northwest coast of Corfu, affording spectacular views of the sea. The resort comprises of about hundred one, two, and three-bedroom residences, bungalows, and six large villas.
The resort centres around the existing church and stables of the historic San Stefano Manor and sprawls along the slopes in luscious green growth so typical to the Ionian Islands.
The general layout is typical of Mediterranean hill villages while architecture, materials and character of development are rooted in traditional architecture, predominantly related to specifics of Corfu.
