Welcome to the Parade

elcome to the 2017 Parade of Homes hosted by the Greater San
Antonio Builders Association in partnership with Southerland
W Properties and The Canyons at Scenic Loop. We have eight
exceptional homes built by some of San Antonio’s premier custom builders.
The Parade of Homes features the latest architectural styles including modern,
contemporary designs alongside traditional, transitional, old world and mid-
century designs. These homes have luxurious master suites, oversized garages,
mud rooms and different styles of gourmet kitchens amongst the many design
elements being built today.
Open family rooms where families and friends come together is still one
of the hottest trends along with media rooms and courtyards. One of my
favorite features on display are the large walls of disappearing sliding doors
-- blurring the line between the interior and exterior spaces. As stunning as
